Alice in Wonderland is and always has been my lifeline… some may call it an obsession even. As someone with Borderline Personality Disorder, I have a particularly shaky sense of identity, and have found myself existing within my mind to cope with my trauma. This is otherwise known by doctors as maladaptive daydreaming… but I choose not to look at in that way.

I teeter along the borderline between reality and fantasy and this is what has inspired my lifelong dream, making this fantasy a reality that others can see, feel, hear, touch, taste, smell, experience and love. I have a particular rare form of synesthesia as well, in which all my senses are combined with one another, as well as with my emotions and memories.

Words cannot do it justice to explain, which is why WNDRLND exists, to share my life wordlessly by creating a world within our world… a portal to the other side… to the inside… a worldless world, I like to call it. So, that’s me... and that’s WNDRLND… welcome and thank you for listening to my story.
