here's mine: my sensitivity is my superpower! i am grateful for the experiences that made me this way, even if they were traumatic and painful. no matter what, know your feelings are valid. we all have the right to feel, and no one can take that away from us. no one is ever “too sensitive”. i am exactly how i am and who i am supposed to be. having borderline personality disorder makes me extremely sensitive, literally, as it affects my brain chemistry and stems from childhood trauma. that is not my fault and is certainly nothing for me to be ashamed of. i beat the odds and am still alive today and that, my friends, is a miracle. i have BPD and i am proud! click here to learn more about how BPD affects your brain chemistry, courtesy of medium. with love, alice ie.
